The Space:
Welcome to our cozy condo on the third floor of Mandala Estrella de Mar—designed with love to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable.
You’ll find two comfy bedrooms with queen beds, smart storage in the closets and bed frames, plus handy benches for your suitcases. Full-length mirrors add a nice touch for getting ready.
The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay—coffeemaker, microwave, pots and pans, and a hidden closet by the fridge to keep things tidy.
The best part? Your own private rooftop with amazing views of the sea, city, and mountains. It’s the perfect spot to catch sunset with a drink in hand. There's a charcoal grill, a sink and counter, a shaded pergola, and comfy outdoor seating to relax any time of day.
Private parking available and two pools for the guests use.

Guest Access:
You can access to the compound either with your car through the parking area or the walk in access from the street.

Along the way, you’ll find art installations, street vendors, and plenty of spots to sit and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Getting Around:
You’ll love immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the area by exploring on foot. However, we highly recommend having a car to visit the stunning beaches nearby, including Balandra, ranked among the top 10 beaches in Mexico. Uber, Didi, and InDrive are also available for getting around town, but be sure to arrange your return ride with your driver in advance when heading to the beach, as there is no cell phone signal in some areas.
Other Things to Note:
Our unit is located in a traditional Mexican neighborhood, where you may occasionally hear dogs barking or festive celebrations with lively music. If you are sensitive to noise, staying close to downtown may not be the best option for you.
The unit is situated on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs, including access to the private rooftop. All guests are required to follow our property and common area rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties.
The pool is not heated.
Please note that things like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen napkins, dish soap provided at your arrival are only a starter kit and will not be replenished. Please note we are a destination with very limited water supply. Water trucks services are very limited (or shut down by municipality) specially in the summer season and we as hosts do not have control on the service. Please use water for your personal use *responsibly*.
