Positive: A good central location from which to explore Ynys Mon and reach the mainland easily. The house itself was comfortable, clean and welcoming and care and attention had gone into the decor … though ,for us personally, a tad more colour would have ‘lifted’ the ambience .
Negative: We like walking but couldn’t explore the surrounding area on foot as the traffic was very disturbing and extremely fast. So no windows opened. There was no pavement or nearby footpaths. We felt a bit incarcerated! We didn’t use the patio area as the doorlocks were a bit tricky and although there was a beautiful view, it had to be admired from the back bedroom window.
Summary: Good location as a base but road too busy for us to want to return.
