Walk into the foyer and you immediately see the lake, let the stress melt away! When you head inside you'll be greeted by an open concept living area that offers a large, comfortable sectional sofa and wall-mounted HDTV as well as large-panel windows when you want a different view. The kitchen provides all of the cooking and dining essentials you need. The dining table is spacious, but when the weather is right, enjoy that perfect vacation meal on the spacious outdoor deck, overlooking the blue waters below. A newly built staircase allows easy access to Canyon Lake from the back yard and deck above.
The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, HDTV, and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen-size bed and twin-size bed. The second bathroom includes a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. Head down the hallway to find the third bedroom which features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-full bunk bed. Near the third bedroom, you'll find the half bathroom. There is also a laundry room available for guest use.
The outside of the home is just as incredible as it includes a bar area with a gas grill, plenty of seating, and stunning views.
Cliff House is a standalone vacation destination, but don't forget you will also be within easy reach of area boat rentals, Canyon Lake park areas, tasty restaurants, New Braunfels, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and much, much more!

With boat ramp 7 just down the street, it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends.
