Positive: The pool is great, the location is very nice, with a fountain, patio, terrace, practical parking, all amenities on the apartment. Feels italian.
Negative: The second shower on the ground floor, it is not well equipped, the whole bathroom gets wet. Design is on the apartment, but functionality could be improved.
