The space
Borchers Home is a very charming property which has character and craftsmanship located in a beautiful area between Japantown and downtown San Jose. The Borchers Family Mansion was originally built in 1917 for the owners of Borchers Brothers Building Supply on North First Street in San Jose, California. The Borchers Family Mansion is a landmark building and an outstanding example of craftsmanship built during World War I prior to United States involvement.
Up for rent is a 800 square feet one bedroom, one living room and one work space unit on the first floor of the mansion. It has a dedicated bathroom and kitchenette.
