Tywyn is just 2 miles away and offers a lovely sandy beach, restaurants, and its own independent village cinema. Slightly further afield, and just a short drive away, is the delightful Aberdovey, whilst to the north you will find the village of Llwyngwril, known for its annual Yarnbombing Project, the Mawddach Estuary and Barmouth beckon.
