Positive: Location. Smart, clean, neat, modern little apartment.
Negative: Email with WiFi detail arrived day after us! No bin bags, couldn't find bin store, no hand towel or soap, broken window lock, soft old mattress. These few things should be easy to sort for 5* reviews!
