DESCRIPTION: 3 bedrooms - Queen, Queen, 1 x King Single & 1 X Single (sleeps 6). Pillows and quilts are supplied (please bring sheets, towels & tea-towels). There are 2 bathrooms, one with deep bath; hairdryers in main and ensuite bathrooms. Large kitchen/lounge/dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer and bar fridge. RC ducted airconditioning, ceiling fans supplied in all bedrooms. Large television with Foxtel, Wifi for guests use; Netflix; Blu-Ray DVD player & DVD's in the lounge room. High Chair – suitable for 6 months to 3 years. A separate sitting room over looking the street and front yard. Top load washing machine. Rear verandah has outdoor dining for 8 with a BBQ with hood. A secure rear yard; pet friendly by arrangement.
DIRECTIONS: Coming from the north, turn off at the 1st sign to Pt Vincent, follow the road and turn right at bottom of hill onto Marine Pde. Turn right into the main street (pub and deli on the corner). Turn right into Ventnor Street (2nd on right), turn left into Broadway then next left into Stormbird. The house is on the left hand side of the street, 3rd from the corner. Look for the Yellow holiday rentals sign on the driveway fence.
