- BEDROOM II with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with sink, bidet, shower cubicle, WC;
- BALCONY with access from the kitchen.

- From Sanremo station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 7 minutes.
- If you arrive by car, you can use the paid parking Volta (1 minute walk) or in the surrounding areas for a fee.
