Positive: The location is great, price also good for city centre. Room is small, but has most things you need (shower gel, towel, kitchen supplies). Room was warm

Negative: Me and other guests were checking in for 30 minutes, as there was no one at the reception, and perhaps it was AI assistant that we communicated with via booking to check in. It was very long, complicated and inconvenient, and we had to figure out all information ourselves. The room itself was very dark and small, windows were facing wall, so there was almost no natural light. Also, lights in the bathroom switch on/off automatically, which I find inconvenient during night hours if you want to use bathroom and not switch on the lights, you can’t do that and the lights are blinding you. Some parts of the room were not fully clean. Mattress wasn’t good, my back hurts after sleeping on it. Also, no socket near bed, which is inconvenient
