Positive: The staff were responsive, always quick to answer. We also really appreciated the facilities — having a washing machine made our stay so much more convenient.

Negative: The area did feel a little unusual at night and the apartment being on the fifth floor made it quite a climb. Still, once inside, everything was very comfortable and we’ve enjoyed our stay.
