Both rooms can be communicating and/or separate and have access from outside the house.
The house is located in the hills around Olbia, to reach it you need to drive about 10 km from the centre of Olbia, about 15 minutes by car, the view overlooks the city and the sea. It has two covered verandas and an outdoor area with a wood-burning oven and an outdoor kitchen.
The location offers the possibility of excursions by bicycle.
