Positive: The view and location was amazing!

Negative: The apartment upstairs also had guests the entire time we were there, and perhaps there is no carpet or insulation in their apartment, but we could hear them talking, music or tv playing all night every night, and every time they walked around it was very loud on our ceiling. Very much like living in the middle of New York City, which is fine if that's where you are, but on the cliffs in Kauai... it was very distracting and a bit disappointing.
