The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter pool which all guests can enjoy.
Near the entrance to the holiday apartment, in the shared garden, a table and chairs are provided for guests. Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.

The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
